Privacy policy

Guangzhou Huaxin Animation Technology Co., Ltd. operates the UYXOERA store. We process information needed to operate the site, answer enquiries, fulfil orders, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Information we collect

When you start checkout or place an order we store your name, email, optional phone number, full shipping address, selected products, order notes, payment status and fulfilment records. If you create My Account, we also store your profile, email-verification status and security sessions. Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes. We also process limited technical and security information such as request timing, anti-bot verification and privacy-preserving rate-limit identifiers.

How information is used

We use this information to confirm orders and payment, arrange delivery, provide tracking and support, manage returns, keep business records and protect the store. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and international processing

Information may be shared only as needed with hosting, email, PayPal, ERP, logistics, anti-bot, fraud-prevention and professional service providers. Payment account and card details are handled by PayPal and are not stored by UYXOERA. Because we serve customers internationally, information may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

Retention and choices

We retain order records for the period needed for fulfilment, warranty, tax, accounting, dispute and legal requirements. You can update or delete your My Account profile from the account page. Deleting the profile does not remove order records that we must retain for fulfilment or legal obligations. You may also request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
