About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from the UYXOERA online store operated by Guangzhou Huaxin Animation Technology Co., Ltd. The checkout shows the merchandise subtotal and shipping amount before payment. An order is accepted when payment is successfully captured, subject to fraud, stock and destination checks.

Products and pricing

We work to keep descriptions, compatibility and prices accurate. Product colours and packaging may vary slightly. Destination import duties and taxes are not collected by UYXOERA and may be payable separately. If information is materially incorrect, we will notify you and provide an appropriate cancellation or refund option.

Payment, cancellation and fulfilment

Payment must be made using an approved method. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, suspected fraud, pricing error, sanctions or shipping restrictions, and will refund any captured payment as required.

Warranty and acceptable use

Eligible hardware includes a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to product-specific terms. The warranty excludes misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs or modifications and normal wear. Customers are responsible for lawful use of hardware and software.

Liability and governing rights

To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
