Shipping policy

Destinations, rates and timing

We ship from China to destinations enabled for each product. The checkout checks the available destination and shows the shipping amount before PayPal authorization. USD orders with a merchandise subtotal of $199 or more receive free standard shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carriers or local conditions.

Customs and taxes

UYXOERA does not collect destination import tax or customs duty at checkout. Unless we expressly confirm otherwise, the recipient is responsible for duties, taxes and customs charges imposed by the destination country.

Tracking and delivery

After dispatch, we record the carrier and tracking number and send a shipment email. Customers can also use the order-status page. Please contact us promptly if tracking shows an exception or delivery to the wrong location.

Address changes

Check your delivery address carefully. We can only attempt an address change before shipment and cannot guarantee that a carrier can redirect a parcel.
